BIOGRAPHY

Be transported through original soundscapes of funk, blues, rock, pop, reggae, jazz and Latin grooves created by singer-song writer Jaylene Fergus. Jaylene’s soulful vocals weave the journey as her lyrics tell a story of highs and lows everyone will relate to. “I wrote the album to soothe my soul” she says “it’s not only a work of art…it’s an experience”.

Singer-songwriter and pianist, Jaylene Fergus has been writing songs and working as a performer since her early teens. Jaylene completed Southern Cross University’s Contemporary Music degree and taught at The Northern River’s Conservatorium in Lismore. She has played alongside many great musicians including James Morrison and his quartet at the Lismore City Hall.
