Music Wise

Payment Details

​

• An invoice for fees are sent out at the beginning of each term

• If you are enrolled and no payment has been made before the date of a student’s second scheduled lesson, lessons are discontinued until evidence of payment is provided

• Full payment of invoice must be made for the term even if your child did not receive a lesson due to non-payment or absence

• New students who start part way through the term will be invoiced for the remaining lessons in the term

• If you wish to discontinue lessons please send an email at the end of the school term

 

Lesson Details

• Each student is given a lesson time slot once a week reserved for the duration of a school term

• Lessons begin and end at the allocated time

• Refunds are not given for missed lessons or cancellations

• A make-up lesson may be provided at the discretion of the teacher where 24 hours notice has been given for individual lessons only

• Make-up lessons are not provided for ensemble or group lessons

• Missed lessons or cancellations by a Music Wise teacher will either be made-up, credited to the following term or refunded

• If a student discontinues lessons during a school term the lessons are not refunded

 

Ensemble Details

​

• Students must already be learning an instrument either with Music Wise or elsewhere to play in the ensemble group class

• Ensemble lesson time is determined by the number of students enrolled in the ensemble

• Students are required to receive additional individual lessons

• Audition entry required

• Stage performance participation required

• Permission to publish required
